The Mansfield Police Department is investigating a shooting that occured on Friday, September 19th at North Lake Park.
Mansfield Police Chief, Jason Bammann, told WMAN officers arrived on scene and located one juvenile suffering from a single gunshot wound. Bammann said, during the course of the investigation, one juvenile suspect was taken into custody in connection to the incident. The Mansfield Police Chief said, it appears to be an isolated incident and there is no threat to public safety.
