In the Lexington School district, it looks like there may be a change in the location for the new elementary building.

RichlandSource.com reports, an Akron-based architecture firm, recently recommended to the school board to build on the site of the current Western Elementary school on West Main Street.

School Board President Keith Stoner, said, moving to the west side of town would help with traffic flow and would be more cost effective. The original plan was near Central Elementary.
