Mansfield City Council earlier this month approved 11 demolitions. Council President Cliff Mears said Pride funds will also kick in to help take down the dilapidated structures. The 11 demolitions approved were the first of 2020. Last year in 2019, there was only 50 demolitions in the city of Mansfield.
