Two new members were appointed to Ontario City Council this week. RichlandSource.com reports, Sherry Branham and David Rehfeldt were introduced on Wednesday. Branham takes the spot of 3rd Ward Councilman Mark Weidemyre, while Rehfeldt takes the place of at Large Councilman Larry Arnold.
