The Ashland County Community Foundation will celebrate the 15th anniversary of their women's fund with a special dinner Tuesday, September 24, from six to eight p.m. Living history vignettes from the Ashland County Historical Society and the presentation of the Dr. Lucille G. Ford "Freedom from Selfishness" award are among the evening's scheduled events. Chief Program Officer Kristen Aspin told RichlandSource.com the foundation plans the evening to be a celebration of the prominent women throughout Ashland's history.
