Ashland Police Officer Cleared In March Incident, Where He Shot A Man

An Ashland Police officer has been cleared in a March incident, where he shot a man who was allegedly attacking his mother with a deadly weapon. The man, 23 year old Scott Dye kept coming towards the officer and did not listen to commands to stop and drop his weapon .

RichlandSource.com reports Dye was indicted by a Grand Jury Jury on Wednesday for felonious assault and domestic violence.
