A ribbon cutting was held Wednesday for the Hudson and Essex Deli, restaurant and Cypress Hill winery, on the corner of 4th and Diamond in downtown Mansfield. The Deli and winery are open now, with the restaurant on track to open early in May. Business man and owner, Rick Taylor, is calling the restaurant, Hudson and Essex, because the building sold Hudson and Essex cars back in the 1920's.
