Ashland Lawyer Suspended One Year

An Ashland lawyer has been suspended one year by the Ohio Supreme Court. RichlandSource.com reports Thomas Mason was suspended by the Supreme Court for violation of rules governing the conduct of Ohio attorneys. The report says Mason was caught in a Police sting for soliciting a prostitute and having a sexual relationship with a client. Mason claims he is innocent of the solicitation charge and pleaded guilty to avoid negative publicity.
