Proposal to build apartment Building in downtown Mansfield

A proposal has been pitched to the Richland County Commissioners to build an apartment building on the front lawn of the Richland County Administration Building in downtown Mansfield. RichlandSource.com reports the idea was brought in front of the Commissioners by Steve McQuillin and Associates. The plan would build an apartment building to have the exterior look like the 1871 County Courthouse. The building would have room for 27 apartments and 2,300 feet for office and retail space. The total cost for the plan would be around $4 million.
