The Mansfield Parks Department says vandalism has taken place at South Park. The Parks Department has filed a report with Mansfield Police, after windows were broken at the South Park Pavilion this week. The Mansfield Parks Department says having to replace windows takes away from purchasing new equipment for the parks.
