Learn about Rain Gardens and Rain Barrels at a
Free Workshop at the Ohio Bird Sanctuary
MANSFIELD, Ohio – Richland Soil and Water Conservation District (Richland SWCD) is hosting a free Rain Garden and Rain Barrel Workshop April 25, 2023. The workshop begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Ohio Bird Sanctuary, located at 3774 Orweiler Road in Mansfield.
If you are interested in pollinators, gardens, conservation, or nature; look no further. At the workshop, you will learn about rain barrels, rain gardens, and how they benefit the environment. Information on how to purchase a rain barrel through Richland SWCD and light refreshments will be available.
Parking is limited so please carpool if possible. Enter through the gate with the Richland SWCD event sign and proceed to the education building for the workshop.
